Part of a two-person leadership team that developed and implemented a $15 million campaign for the National Council of La Raza, the nation’s largest Latino advocacy organization, to benefit their 300+ member community-based organizations. Developed a strong case for support, planned the $15 million campaign, managed implementation of the first year of the campaign including weekly staff meetings with the CEO & VPs, and assisted with the search for a new VP for Resource Development.
